  • Withdrawal and Incomplete Policy for Fee-Based Continuing Education
      • Inactive Student – Students who withdraw before full student activation are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee. For the veterinary assistant program the refund is less a $200 administrative fee.
      • Active Student - An active student is defined as one who has submitted the Getting Started quiz and therefore has full access to the course materials and other components . The activation process is clearly outlined in every course. Active students are no longer eligible for a refund.
