Reputation management for the practice is a necessary evil. Negative reviews create a lot of harmful emotional noise you must sift through during your already busy day. There are different types of negative reviews. This course will cover practical ways to set up a review response management system and triage protocol for your reviews and then help outline how to handle different types of negative reviews online. Completion Requirements
The completion requirements for this course are: complete the quiz with a score of 80% or better - multiple attempts are permitted submit the course survey Upon submission of the final completion requirement, the participant will automatically be marked as completed and the course completion email will be sent out. The participant will have immediate access to the certificate.

Course Fee
Price: $25.00 USD Normally $25.00, the fee for this course is reduced to $10 until March 31, 2023. Practices may enroll individual team members.
