The realm of veterinary practice management...are you ready to explore? But should you take that first step without planning? Can you plan your trip without a roadmap? Without a clear view of the road, and set destinations, it is far too easy to work hard yet only wander in circles.

The journey from new manager to skilled leader begins with developing a game plan. Are you aware of all the components and factors involved in practice management? Team Development? Law and Ethics? Marketing? Finance? Yes, a veterinary practice is a business and in order to provide the highest level of patient care the practice needs to have skilled leaders who have set goals and developed a practice roadmap.

It is easy for new managers who do not have training and experience to become overwhelmed. And sometimes it is not what you know you need to know that is the problem but what you don't realize at all that creates the largest roadblocks.

Navigating the Roadmap to Veterinary Practice Management is designed to outline the fundamentals of successful management. From team members totally new to management to those with some experience in other industries, this 6-week course will offer a guide to navigating veterinary practice management. Participants are not required to work in practice to complete this course.

Each management team member creates a roadmap in one form or another. Will yours take you where you want to go?
