... Assignments really stretched me. The instructors input was great. I did not hear what I wanted to hear. I heard what I needed to hear therefore I gained from the experience. Instructor was professional and an excellent communicator.
... This was a very hard course emotionally. It was great material to cover and everyone should take this course. It's hard sometimes to share your deep thoughts with others. I like how thoughtful the instructor was, keeping everyone motivated.
... Posting the answers on a discussion board allowed me to get other peoples views on issues. Also the way we had to answer the questions allowed me to learn alot about myself.
... I really enjoyed the whole class. Teresa is a fantastic instructor and I benefited from all her comments. I enjoyed posting to the discussion board and seeing all the other situations and how they were handled too. I bought the book so I could keep it at work to refer to.
... The outlines of processes to use to achieve goals and to figure out goals were excellent.
