        Testimonials
... Setting up a training schedule for an employee and developing a six-month training schedule for the staff. These are huge tasks that I'm not sure I would have had the time to complete at the clinic. Doing them through the course enabled me to gain ideas and knowledge from others and made these tasks much easier to complete.

... The greatest benefit of this class was that it forced me to set a long term training schedule and it got my supervisors to set training goals for themselves and their team members.

... Identifying training needs. As a result of this course each employee is performing a Needs Analysis. This help assist me in identifying each individual training needs.

VetMedTeam does not submit management courses to RACE as this organization is structured to provide credits for medical/clinical course, behavior related courses, and other similar topics. Also, most states severely limit or decline the use of management topic credits for veterinary or technician license renewal.

Instead, VetMedTeam submits management and customer service related courses to the VHMA for review and approval. CVPMs (Certified Veterinary Practice Managers) and CVPM candidates may use our VHMA approved courses for required CE credits for either sitting the examination or maintaining certification.
