... I liked the content, and felt that it applied to my hospital. However, I really enjoyed reading the comments of other students. What they are doing, plan to do and the problems they have encountered. Content of the course - Lifetime Value of a Client is going to be part of our discussion at our staff meeting on Monday.
... I can use every portion of this course! I can see many places where we need to educate our staff better, where we need to congratulate them more, and where we need to change what we are doing!
... The format which these classes are set up in is very helpful with work and other duties.
... I liked the best that the course made you actively think about marketing in your own practice and made you more aware of further marketing possibilities |

This course is applicable for 5 CE credits toward the continuing education requirement for the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager program offered by the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA).
VetMedTeam does not submit management courses to RACE as this organization is structured to provide credits for medical/clinical course, behavior related courses, and other similar topics. Also, most states severely limit or decline the use of management topic credits for veterinary or technician license renewal.
Instead, VetMedTeam submits management and customer service related courses to the VHMA for review and approval. CVPMs (Certified Veterinary Practice Managers) and CVPM candidates may use our VHMA approved courses for required CE credits for either sitting the examination or maintaining certification. |
