    Testimonials
... This course and others of this kind are very important for me, a future doctor, to have a more systematic awareness of the importance of marketing in a practice´s everyday life and ways to implement it. This was good for me because it enables me to be more critical regarding what I see in my practice and to be more aware of it´s flaws and what to improve in a near future. It is a simple, well structured course and Christy was very helpful and concise in the questions she posed which makes you think harder about the question asked. Thank you for the initiative. It will be useful for me.

... The course materials and assignments helped to re-inforce the content of the course objectives.

... As with all the courses I have taken on VetMed, I have learned a lot because I have to think things through. And working through the assignments gives me great insight into our practice.

... I like the ability to see the input from other students. They have some great ideas, some that I will use at my practice.

... How important staff and client education is in trying to promote your practice-we need to believe in what we sell and education gives us confidence to do so! I also enjoyed thinking about our strengths and our weaknesses and what we can do to improve. After being here for so long, it's easy to get in a rut! This course let me see things with fresh eyes.

    Continuing Education Credits

This course is applicable for 5 CE credits toward the continuing education requirement for the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager program offered by the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA).

VetMedTeam does not submit management courses to RACE as this organization is structured to provide credits for medical/clinical course, behavior related courses, and other similar topics. Also, most states severely limit or decline the use of management topic credits for veterinary or technician license renewal.

Instead, VetMedTeam submits management and customer service related courses to the VHMA for review and approval. CVPMs (Certified Veterinary Practice Managers) and CVPM candidates may use our VHMA approved courses for required CE credits for either sitting the examination or maintaining certification.
