    Testimonials
... This instructor is by far the best I have had a course with. She is timely with her input and pushes you to think.

... The explanation of costs both fixed and variable and how those costs may effect the practice was extremely helpful!

... I liked the examples. It helps relate it to your own job/practice.

... I found that assignment 1 in module 1 was the most beneifcial. It made me take the time to learn what areas my clinic needed changes and improvements.

... Very informative....not just easy CE, I actually learned something this time.

... I really liked the content of this course. It is something that I can use in my practice and I have a better understanding of ways to control income. Reading the postings of the other students and the feedback from the instructor was very interesting as well. I picked up a lot of good ideas that I hope to implement in my practice.

... the assignments were great because you had to apply what you learned!! it really helped.

    Continuing Education Credits

This course is applicable for 5 CE credits toward the continuing education requirement for the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager program offered by the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA).

VetMedTeam does not submit management courses to RACE as this organization is structured to provide credits for medical/clinical course, behavior related courses, and other similar topics. Also, most states severely limit or decline the use of management topic credits for veterinary or technician license renewal.

Instead, VetMedTeam submits management and customer service related courses to the VHMA for review and approval. CVPMs (Certified Veterinary Practice Managers) and CVPM candidates may use our VHMA approved courses for required CE credits for either sitting the examination or maintaining certification.
