This 2 week course is designed to help management staff members place internal controls to deter revenue loss and to create a good revenue collection system.

Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:
- understand basic internal controls
- apply basic internal controls
- appreciate the limitations inherent in internal controls
- establish a good financial policy
- identify the main areas to implement a collections system

Some of the topics covered include flow of transactions, embezzlement, creating fees, and transaction process.

There are no real time sessions. The design of this course allows each student to proceed based on individual schedule, as long as all assignments are submitted by the assignment submission deadline.
