      Testimonials

...This course re-assured us that we are on the right path for our in-house training. The majority of our training is the same as this course out-lined.

...The homework assignment that required me to sit down with staff and assess training needs and the assignment that required me to create a training coordinator's job tasks. All things I needed to do and this made me get them done!

... Setting up a training schedule for an employee and developing a six-month training schedule for the staff. These are huge tasks that I'm not sure I would have had the time to complete at the clinic. Doing them through the course enabled me to gain ideas and knowledge from others and made these tasks much easier to complete.

... The greatest benefit of this class was that it forced me to set a long term training schedule and it got my supervisors to set training goals for themselves and their team members.

... Identifying training needs. As a result of this course each employee is performing a Needs Analysis. This help assist me in identifying each individual training needs.
